2. Adults only — 18+
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use Tao Kenya. By using the website, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. 3. What the website provides

4. Lawful and responsible use
You must not use the website to facilitate unlawful activity; exploit, traffic, coerce, threaten, blackmail or control another person; involve a minor in any listing, image, communication or arrangement; publish intimate images or personal information without permission or lawful authority; impersonate another person or misrepresent your age or identity; harass, stalk, threaten, defraud or unlawfully discriminate; send spam, malicious code or fraudulent payment requests; access another account or our systems without authorisation; scrape or commercially exploit content or personal information without permission or a lawful basis; or bypass security, moderation or subscription controls. 5. Accounts and information

7. Enquiries and manager assistance
When you submit an enquiry or request manager assistance, you authorise us to use and share the information you provide with the relevant profile owner, assigned manager and service providers as reasonably necessary to handle the request, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Manager assistance is a coordination or support service only; it is not a guarantee of availability, identity, conduct, safety or outcome. No manager may pressure anyone into an arrangement, act without consent or assist unlawful conduct.
8. Packages, subscriptions and payments
Certain features may require payment for a package or subscription. Prices, duration, included features and renewal terms should be shown in the relevant offer or at checkout. Prices are in the displayed currency. A paid feature may depend on successful payment and any required review or verification. Unless clearly disclosed otherwise before purchase, a package does not automatically renew; any automatic renewal must be disclosed before you agree to it.
